- Quality criteria should be supplied with one or several indicators depending on the complexity of the criteria;
- the four quality criteria to be used when implementing EQAVET are:
- planning reflects a strategic vision shared by relevant stakeholders and includes explicit objectives, actions and indicators;
- implementation plans are devised in consultation with stakeholders and include explicit principles;
- evaluation of outcomes and processes is regularly carried out and supported by measurement;
- review of processes.
