The purpose of this open invitation to tender is to conclude a framework contract with a Service Provider for ICT Network Support Services. The services will be acquired in the form of person-days, categorised in different profiles. A detailed description of the services and profiles required can be found in Chapter 2 below (Technical Specifications).
This call has been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union 2014/S 049-080630 of 11/03/2014.
Deadline of submitting tenders: 15/05/2014 (17h00 for hand-delivered tenders).
