  • For planning your trip, real time information and buying tickets, download the STIB MIVB App from Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  • A direct bus line (Bus 12) connects the Brussels Airport (Zaventem) with the EU Quarter (Schuman).
  • Frequency of the ride: every 15-20 minutes but it differs from day to day and hour. Check your app for a precise estimation of the time.
  • Duration of the ride: 30 minutes
  • Price: For 1 journey (purchased outside vehicle): 4,50 €
  • For 1 journey (purchased inside vehicle): 6,00 €

By taxi:

  • Taxis are available in front of the arrival.
  • Duration of the ride: the time needed from the EU Quarter (Schuman) to the Brussels Airport can differ on the traffic conditions. It takes in light traffic conditions around 18 minutes.
  • Price: A taxi from the airport to the centre of Brussels costs around 45 €.

  • The event will be hosted at the Premises of the Permanent representation of Romania to the Council of the EU, Avenue de Cortenbergh 107, 1000 Brussels, Belgium

Access to the Building: Requires an identity document, passport or ID card. Please make sure you bring it with you!

How to arrive to the event’s venue

  • From Schuman Roundabout to the Permanent Representation of Romanian to the EU you will need to walk some 600 meters along the Avenue de Cortenbergh, which will take you approximately 8 minutes.
