The purpose of this contract is the replacement of the old and the supply, installation, putting into operation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of new:

  • Access Control System of Cedefop while retaining many of the door accessories, expanding to include several new doors;
  • CCTV System while retaining the existing wiring, expanding to include some new camera locations.

The selected contractor shall provide everything required to complete the project, which shall include but is not limited to: supply, provision and installation of hardware, software, data network, equipment enclosures, cable containment, signal cabling and additions to existing mains power distribution installation and maintenance services.

The contract will also cover the necessary preventive and corrective maintenance and on demand technical assistance of all the installed equipment and systems.

 

This call has been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union 2011/S 147-243437 of 03/08/2011.

 

Deadline of submitting tenders: 20/09/2011 (17h00 for hand-delivered tenders).
