Security and Associated Services for the Cedefop premises

The present call for tenders aims at acquiring guard services for the security of the Cedefop premises. Additionally, specialised bilingual personnel of the security company will be providing assistance at the reception desk.  In more details, the services to be acquired under the specific call for tenders are described below:

A.  Physical security services 24hours/day;
B.  Support to emergency procedures;
C.  On demand services;
D.  Reception desk assistant services

This call has been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union 2015/S 108-195049 of 06/06/2015.

Two optional site visits are foreseen on 25/06/2015 and 15/07/2015 at 10h30 (local time). Meeting point: Reception hall of Cedefop.

Deadline of submitting tenders: 26/08/2015 (17h00 for hand-delivered tenders).

Requests for additional information/clarification should be received by 17/08/2015.
