This week, 5-6 October, Cedefop is welcoming some 150 participants to its Agora conference on Qualifications for Lifelong Learning and Employability. The focus is on the changes in how qualifications are awarded, recognised and renewed.
Two of the main questions to be debated are:
-  To what extent are changes in qualifications affecting all European countries?
- What are the implications of these changes for future policy cooperation in education and training?

The discussions are led by Cedefop experts, who have long taken a major role in analysing and shaping the debate on qualifications. High-level representatives of the European Commissions Directorates-General for Education and Culture and for Employment, researchers from EU universities and think tanks, and social partner representatives are also taking part.

Live video of the plenary session is accessible to all
