Cedefop is conducting this open tender procedure for the award of a contract for building maintenance services, in order to accomplish the following objectives:
— to select a contractor capable of providing high quality maintenance services at market competitive prices at a high level of performance, aesthetics, environmental protection, health and safety, considering that the aforementioned elements constitute a significant tool for enhancing business operation,
— to provide an operational framework that integrates the contractor's services with all Cedefop facilities, operation and organisational structure,
— to minimise improper waste disposal in order to ensure the environmental balance in the area that Cedefop is situated in,
— to comply at all times with all applicable laws.
This call has been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union No 2012/S 103-171328 of 01/06/2012.
An on-site visit is planned to take place on 26/06/2012 from 10:30 to 13:00h. Tenderers must send written notification of the names of the persons (maximum 2) who will attend the site visit, by fax (+30 2310490028) or by e-mail (c4t-services@cedefop.europa.eu), at the latest by 14:00 (local time) on the day before the site visit. All the costs of attending this meeting are borne by the tenderers
