The Library and Documentation Service assists the centre in its main tasks with a long standing tradition in selecting, organising and disseminating information from Member States, European institutions and international organisations since Cedefop's creation as stipulated in Council Regulation 337/75.
The library’s Reference service - Ask a VET Expert answers information requests on VET-related issues by providing bibliographies, documentation and links. Visitors are welcome by appointment.

Our collection

Cedefop’s Archives
Researchers may be interested in the archives of Cedefop which are deposited in the European University Institute in Florence. These archives include among other materials the documents produced by the Bureau Management Board and by the Management Board for the years 1975 to 1995.
