Detailed thematic analyses are mainly prepared by ReferNet, Cedefop's network of nationally - based consortia. They provide a more in-depth description of each theme in each Member State plus Norway and Iceland using a common structure that allows transversal extractions of information on VET systems across countries.
For other themes, information is supplied by national experts. For the theme on guidance and counselling, information is drawn from a series of published reports prepared by OECD, ETF and Cedefop.
