Detailed thematic analyses are mainly prepared by ReferNet, Cedefop's network of national consortia. They provide in-depth descriptions of each theme in each Member State plus Norway and Iceland using a common structure that allows transversal extractions of information on VET systems across countries.
For other themes, information is supplied by national experts. For guidance and counselling, information is drawn from a series of published reports prepared by OECD, ETF and Cedefop.
